Well, so many names, but it is actually a bun with butter as filling and coffee as the cream topping.
Do not want the hassle of making your own buns? Well fret not. Here we are with the latest updates. Anyone keen to open their own shop can seek us to supply them with the frozen dough.
Our frozen dough is kept at -20 degree celcius and its shelf life is 6 months. We will pack it in 300pcs/carton box.
The coffee topping will be supplied separately. One pail is equivalent to 20kg.

Frozen Dough Mexico Bun
Mexico Bun, or some call it as Roti Bun, Kopi Roti or the favourite brand is Rotiboy and Papparoti.
Do you love or crave for mexico bun?
Its aroma is really good and even if you are not hungry, you will also yearn to try one.
Actually one bun is simply not enough.
What makes it smells so good?
It is the coffee topping together with its simple filling, butter.
Before you get this Mexico Bun, it actually comes in a dough, some would keep it as frozen dough to be baked later.
Want to try make your own mexico bun?
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients
300g high protein flour
3g salt
9g instant yeast
55g castor sugar
7g milk powder
1/4 tsp bread improver
120ml iced water
2 eggs
30g butter
Topping
40g castor sugar
1/2 an egg
1 tsp coffee paste
50g plain flour
50g margarine
Method
Put in flour, salt, sugar and yeast, bread improver and milk powder.
Mix well on low speed.
Add beaten eggs and water. Beat on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes.
Add butter and continue to mix for another 7–8 minutes until dough is well blended.
Cover dough with a piece of damp towel.
Allow it to rise until double in bulk. Divide dough into portions of 60g each.
Shape each into a ball. Place onto a greased baking tray and cover with a damp towel and leave to rise for 50–60 minutes or until double in size.
For the topping, combine all ingredients.
Spoon into a piping bag. Pipe a spiral on top of each bun.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.
